These terms apply to the PocketPixal affiliate programme, run by [BUSINESS NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS] (“we”). By applying, you (“the affiliate”) agree to them.
1. Joining
- You must be 18 or over. We review every application and may accept or decline it at our discretion.
- You’re an independent partner, not our employee or agent, and you can’t make promises on our behalf.
2. Commission
- You earn 10% of the product price of each order placed through your referral link, excluding VAT and delivery charges.
- A sale counts if the customer buys within 30 days of clicking your link, on the same device and browser, and has accepted marketing cookies on our site. If they click another affiliate’s link afterwards, the most recent link gets the credit.
- Commissions stay pending for 30 days so returns and cancellations can be processed. We don’t pay commission on orders that are refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, or placed through your own link.
- Approved commissions are paid to the payment email you give us. You’re responsible for any tax on your earnings.
3. Promoting PocketPixal
You must follow UK advertising rules, including the CAP Code and the CMA’s guidance on influencer marketing. In particular:
- Label every promotion clearly as an ad, for example “#ad” or “Ad” at the start of the post, so it’s obvious before anyone clicks. “#affiliate” or “#sp” alone isn’t enough.
- Only say things about PocketPixal that are true. Don’t invent features, reviews, discounts, delivery times or prices.
- Don’t write fake reviews or post reviews without disclosing you’re an affiliate.
- Don’t send spam or unsolicited messages, or target under-18s.
- Don’t bid on “PocketPixal” or similar brand terms in paid search ads, or pretend to be us.
- Don’t post your link on coupon or voucher sites unless we’ve agreed it in writing.
4. Ending the arrangement
Either of us can end your membership at any time. If you break these terms we may withhold unpaid commission that relates to the breach and close your account. We’ll pay any other approved commission you’ve earned.
5. Changes and law
We may change these terms or the commission rate by updating this page and emailing affiliates. Changes don’t affect commission already earned. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: [SUPPORT EMAIL].
